KIZ TRUJITZU MMA
Description: TRUJITZU MMA KIDZ time slot is 5:45 on Mondays & Wednesdays. This class and time slot are perfect for kids and their parents to work in the same class, whether together or with different partners! Kids benefit just as the adults do in this instructional martial arts class, except they will be working with other young martial artists such as their selves, matching up in age, weight, and size. TRUJITZU MMA is the class for the new aspiring martial artist who is looking to learn an array of MMA skills like boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, BJJ, and so much more. In this class, you will build and develop critical fundamental skills to have a complete martial arts foundation. It is a belting system that requires an MMA GI, with 12 techniques and 12 belts, and a black belt that will total 144 versed skills, turning them into a well-rounded and proficient martial artist!
Gladiator Circuit Training
This is an intense workout for the serious athlete, an MMA competitor, or someone looking to get in the best shape of their life. It will build strength while building your aerobic and anaerobic systems. This training is developed to simulate the high pace demanded inside a cage fight or competitive sport like wrestling, BJJ, or even a real-life fight or self-defense scenario. After 1-3 months of integrating this workout into your routine, you will be a totally different, well-oiled machine!
TRUJITZU MMA

Boxing
Boxing Instruction for boxing competition, MMA competition, fitness, and health. Class is infused into an anaerobic but fundamental workout that will take your striking for Boxing and MMA to the next level! You will cover everything from basics to advanced pad drills over a period of classes. Show up, and everything will fall into place to create a well-rounded boxing striker.
Kick Boxing
The Tru Bloodline kickboxing class is where you can put it all together in a high-intensity workout guaranteed to not only take your skills to the next level but also get the conditioning and fitness that you crave! Whether it’s for fitness and health or competition. Learn to kick and punch like a pro by learning a combination of boxing and kickboxing techniques proven in MMA and Kickboxing!
Sparring
Sparring can take anyone’s skills, along with their health and fitness, to the next level. Great for the martial artists who are preparing for some type of competition event, such as an MMA, Boxing, or Kickboxing event.
All people participating in sparring must have the proper PPG (Personal Protective Gear). Things required are: A cup, a mouthpiece, 16oz. boxing gloves, or 8oz. mma grappling gloves, shin guards, headgear, and hand wraps.
All sparring members must be approved by the coaching staff before the session.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing Sparring will sharpen and focus your kickboxing in a real-time, live fighting scenario with your teammates to prepare for competition or a real-life combat altercation. In Kickboxing, you will use 16oz gloves with shinguards, a mouthpiece, and headgear is optional. All sparring is practice and not real fighting, and must be done with the utmost safety.
Boxing
Boxing can get your hands and fitness to your desired level! All participants must wear 14-16oz boxing gloves and a mouth guard; headgear is optional. Work safely and treat others as you would want to be treated.
No-Gi BJJ
This class will be led by an experienced, qualified instructor, a pro fighter, or a high-level amateur with over 2 years of training. With the depth of competitors at Tru Bloodline and an excellent coaching staff, your ground game is destined to hit new heights!
Open Gym
Open Gym is an open mat workout. The members can put into practice what they have been learning, and have a time and place to put it all together. As well also work on other areas of their game that may need more attention. Also, it’s a time when anyone from outside of the team/gym can check out the gym facility to see what we have to offer and if it’s a good fit for them.
