Description: TRUJITZOO MMA KIDZ time slot is the 5:45 on Mondays & Wednesdays. This class and time slot is perfect for kids and their parents to work in the same class whether together or with different partners! Kids benefit just as the adults do in this instructional martial artist class, except they will be working with other young martial artists such as their selves, matching up in age, weight, and size. TRUJITZOO MMA is the class for the new aspiring martial artist that is looking to learn an array of MMA skills like boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, BJJ and so much more. In this class, you will build and develop key fundamental skills needed to have a complete martial arts foundation. It is a belting system that requires an MMA GI, with 12 techniques and 12 belts and a black belt will total 144 versed skills, turning them into a well rounded and proficient martial artist!
Gladiator Circuit Training
This is an a intense workout for the serious athlete or MMA competitor that will build strength while building your aerobic and anaerobic systems. This training is developed to simulate the high pace demanded inside of a cage fight or competitive sport like wrestling or Bjj. After a month of integrating this workout into your routine you will be a totally different beast!

Boxing Instruction for boxing competition, MMA competition, fitness, and health. Class is infused into an anaerobic but fundamental workout that will take your striking for Boxing and MMA to the next level! You will cover everything from fundamentals, to advance pad drills. Coach Nunez is the instructor with lots of experience in coaching, boxing and building students fundamentals and striking completing a well-rounded boxing striker.
In the Tru Bloodline kickboxing class is where you can put it all together in a high-intensity workout guaranteed to not only take your skills to the next level but get the conditioning and fitness that you crave, whether its for fitness and health or competition. Learn to kick, and punch like a pro, by learning a combination of boxing and kickboxing techniques that have been proven in MMA and Kickboxing!
Sparring is only done by an experienced martial artist that is in preparation for some type of competitive events such as an MMA, Boxing, and Kickboxing event. All people participating in sparring must have the proper PPG (Personal Protective Gear). Such as cup, mouthpiece, 16oz. boxing gloves, or grappling gloves, shin guards, headgear, and hand wraps. All sparring members must have approval by coaching staff prior to the session. KB (Kickboxing) Sparring you will sharpen and focus your kickboxing in real time live fighting scenarios with your teammates to prepare for competition. (In KB you will use 16oz Gloves with shinguards a mouthpiece and optional for pair to decide if they will use headgear.) All sparring is practice and not real fighting and must be done at the utmost safety.
This class will be lead by an experienced qualified instructor, or a pro fighter, or high-level amateur with over 2 years of training. With the depth of competitors at TBL and excellent coaching staff, your ground game is desisted to hit new heights!
Open Gym is a open mat work out. Where the team can put into work what they have been learning, a time and place to put things together, and as well work on other areas of there game that may need more attention. Also its a time where anyone from outside of the team can check out the gym facility.
